Start your Medical Equipment request by clicking on the “Request Medical Equipment form Ministry” button and it will take you to the list of equipment categories.
Select a category of equipment to see available equipment. You can also browse different categories to see what we have.
Alternatively, you can use the SEARCH button at the top to type in what you are looking for and the Website will show you available equipment we carry that matches the text you typed.
The listings of items will show if an item is available or waitlisted and you can see additional details by clicking on the “Details” button.
Many items are available in different sizes/styles. Please select the size/style you need by clicking on the down arrow that will show you the available sizes/styles.
Most items are restricted to one per order, however some items (i.e. Personal care items, Canes) you can select up to two. Select the item and the quantity you need by clicking on the “Add to the Cart” button.
After you have completed your selection of equipment, press on the “Cart” button located at the top right-hand corner and then by “Proceed to Checkout” button.
Depending selection of your item(s), the Website may require you to select a date and time for the pick-up, if you are presented with that option, please select a date and time you like for your pickup, and complete the checkout process by filling in your information and by accepting the waiver.
The Ministry has decided that many items such as Hospital Bed, Hoyer Lift, etc., require more information to ensure that your needs are fully met. If you have selected one of these items, please complete the checkout process by filling in your information and accepting the waiver.
