• Welcome to Pluckemin Medical Equipment Ministry's online portal.  From this online portal, you can request medical equipment and schedule an appointment by clicking on the "Request Equipment" button and then selecting and adding items you need to the shopping cart, and then checking out.  Appointments to receive equipment can be scheduled for Thursdays from 1-4 PM and Saturdays from 8-11:00 AM. NO APPOINTMENTS NECESSARY for Donation or Return of Medical Equipment.
